Watcher Agents

Watchers are responsible for overseeing each endpoint and confirming that the Executor agent has carried out the operation. In each round, every chosen Transmitter takes on the role of a watcher. They verify the execution of operations, and if over 60% of the watchers confirm that the operation was executed, the process of releasing bets and distributing rewards begins.
